We left off with Bey nd Shawn having sex in the bathroom at the 40/40 Club. Afterwards they were partying with the crowd when the police came nd arrested Shawn for the murder of Lyndell

*they take Shawn to jail nd Bey goes beserk nd Solange has to 
take her home nd calm her down before they went to the police 
station. When they get home they call Mama Tina nd head downtown 
to the jail to bail him out. They arrive at the police station nd 
get him out nd set a court date nd he is ordered not to leave the 
city of Houston til the court date. He comes out nd they all go 
home*


Bey: Shawn please tell me that u had nothin to do with his murder


Shawn: Ok Bey here's the truth remember that night the officer 
called nd told us he escaped well I called me boys back in New 
york nd told them what happen.

said they wont but when they went to ware he was hiding he was

*they pray nd arrive at court nd the media is there in a frenzy, 
Julius moves then out of the way while him nd Sahwn protect Bey 
from them. Once inside they  find the family there waiting nd 
they all wait with their lawyer to be called in nd 5 mins later 
they are called nd everyone goes in nd the trial begins. The prosecutors start then the defense nd they go back nd forth nd after 4 hours they let out for a recess.

Bey: Baby they are making you look like a dog 


Shawn: I know boo but it seems like they dont have enough to 
prosecute me 


Lawyer: Hey I hate to interrupt you two but Beyonce u are up next 
we need you to testify 


Bey: I will do it anything to help out


Law: Good we need you to tell ur side of the story tell us what 
happen that night of ur attack 


*Bey was kinda scared cuz she hadnt really talked about that 
night with anyone but her psychiatrists nd was nervous about what 
other will say*

Law: Good cuz we go back in 10 mins nd ur on first


* Mama Tina comes back from the restroom nd Bey tells her whats 
goin on nd they all talk nd then pray one last time before going 
back in the court room. As soon as Bey gets comfortable in her 
chair the defense calls her*

*Bey is super nervous cuz although she is used to being the 
center of attention she is really nervous now cuz Sasha cant show 
up nd show out*


Off: Do u swear to tell the truth the whole truth nd nothin but 
the truth so help you God

Law: Will you tell us what happen that nite u were attacked


Bey: Well my husband was in the hospital nd I went home to get 
some clean clothes nd shower nd my mama nd sister nd bodyguard 
went but they ran to the store while I showered. When I got out I 
heard a knock at the door I thought it was them so I opened the 
door w/out looking nd walked away. Thas when he walked in n said 
'well u open the door for anyone' I jumped nd told him to get out 
but he didnt I threatened to call the police nd ran upstairs but 
he caught me nd drug me upstairs kickin nd screaming. Then he 
threw me on the bed beat me til I was unconscious nd raped me. I 
woke up in the hospital wondering what happen


*by this time Shawn is fuming nd has to calm down, then they ask 
Bey to step down nd they argue for another hour or so then the 
Judge goes to his chambers nd comes back 15 mins later*

Judge: In the case of Shawn Corey Carter versus Lyndell Locke I 
find you guilty of murder in the first degree
